HOW IT WORKS:

  • SEND YOUR REFERENCES AND COMMISSION DETAILS.

  • I REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND CONFIRM THE BASE PRICE AND ANY INITIAL ADD-ONS.

  • A 50% DEPOSIT IS PAID TO SECURE YOUR COMMISSION SLOT.

  • I PREPARE THE SKETCH AND SEND IT FOR APPROVAL.

  • AFTER SKETCH APPROVAL, I PROCEED WITH LINEART, COLORS AND RENDERING.

  • ANY ADD-ONS OR PAID REVISIONS REQUESTED DURING THE PROCESS ARE ADDED TO THE REMAINING BALANCE.

  • THE REMAINING BALANCE IS PAID THROUGH WAYL BEFORE FINAL DELIVERY.

  • THE FINAL HIGH-RESOLUTION, UNWATERMARKED ARTWORK IS THEN DELIVERED.

REFERENCES & CHARACTER DESIGN:

  • Please send clear visual references of the character you want me to draw.

  • References can include previous artwork, character sheets, outfit references, accessories, color palettes, or pose references.

  • If your character already has a clear established design, no design fee will be charged.

  • If you want me to create the character design from scratch, a separate character design fee will be added.

  • A written description alone is considered a design request if no clear visual design is provided.

CHARACTER DESIGN:

  • Existing character with clear references — No extra design fee

  • Character design from scratch +$50 to +$75 depending on complexity

  • Extra details / accessories: starting at +$2 depending on complexity.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • Personal use only unless commercial use is discussed beforehand.

  • Please provide clear references when placing your order.

  • Major changes must be requested during the sketch stage.

  • I may post the finished artwork in my portfolio and social media unless privacy is requested beforehand.

  • Do not claim, edit heavily, resell or use my artwork for AI training.

  • Refunds are not available once rendering has begun.

REVISIONS:

  • Sketch: 3 free revisions, then +$3 each.

  • Lineart: 2 free revisions, then +$3 each.

  • Base Colors: Free color changes before rendering.

  • Final Render: +$10 per revision.

  • Mistakes on my part are corrected for free

PAYMENT:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot and begin the sketch. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.

  • Visa & Mastercard accepted.

  • Watermarked previews are provided during the process.

  • Add-ons and paid revisions are added to the remaining balance.

  • The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

  • The final high-resolution, unwatermarked artwork is sent after the remaining balance is fully paid.

DELIVERY:

  • Usually 2–7 days, depending on the complexity of the commission and my current queue.
